2. Description of Service

AskHive is a board intelligence platform that helps users analyze portfolio company data, manager narratives, and financial metrics using AI-powered tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. SMS Authentication Program

Program Description

AskHive offers SMS-based authentication to provide secure, password-free sign-in. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive verification codes via SMS.

Message Frequency

You will receive SMS messages only when you request to sign in. Typical usage is 1-3 messages per login session. Message and data rates may apply.

For help with SMS authentication, reply HELP to any verification message, or contact us at hello@askhive.ai.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS verification codes, reply STOP to any message. You can also disable SMS authentication in your account settings and use email login instead. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before making business decisions.

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
